Thanks to Richard Gillings for these photos taken in Bracknell in Berkshire on 2 January 2018. They could well be Rijnveld’s Early Sensation which can flower in January but to be in full bloom so early is unusual. Richard wonders if we are in for an early season?

I would like to add that in the last five years even in a early season these daffs have never flowered before the third week of January
