Jan Pennings is the new Chairman of the RHS Bulb committee. Malcolm Bradbury, a stalwart member of the Daffodil Society committee, who was Chairman during the transition from the Daffodil & Tulip committee to the Bulb committee, is looking forward to having more time to grow and show his daffodils. We look forward to seeing him more.
