Bob Symes, a longstanding member of the DS Wessex regional group has died. Bob was a well known and successful exhibitor in the Dorset area and also travelled with the Dorset contingent to the Wessex annual daffodil shows.
A great character and a lover of daffodils he will be missed. Our condolences to his wife, family and friends.
I knew Bob from my allotment site. He was always willing to offer friendly advice, and his advice was always golden. Aside from this he was also a great conversationalist and I will miss him greatly.
