Just a reminder that if you want to stay at the Evesham Hotel, Cooper Lane Evesham WR11 1DA book NOW because there is limited availability and the last date for bookings is 22 march 2019.
Although the Society has reserved 35 rooms it is your responsibility to book directly with with the hotel.
For those wanting to attend the 3 course dinner on Saturday evening please send in your booking form to Secretary Terry Braithwaite. Ideally do this at the same time that you book your hotel (by 22 March) but certainly no later than 1 April 2019.
