ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2021. This will NOT now take place at the King’s Court hotel.
Instead the 2021 AGM will be held using Zoom on the same date and time – Sunday 7 March 2021 at 11am.
We realise that not everyone has access to Zoom. However, with little prospect of a face to face AGM taking place in the foreseeable future we need to ensure that the Society’s officers and committee are mandated and that the Society accounts are presented and approved.
In recent years the conventional AGM attendance has been lower than we would like so we are hoping a virtual attendance might show an increase. Sadly this will not be followed by a meal together, convivial raffle for Society funds or a daffodil presentation.
If you have paid your 2021 subscription and would like to join the AGM you will need to register your interest and email address with Jeff English who is hosting the meeting by 28 February 2021. He will then issue the log in details and password.
