Show weekend hotel closure – action needed

An urgent notice for all Society members who booked accommodation with the Edgbaston Palace Hotel for the show weekend in 2020 expecting it to be carried forward to 2022..
The hotel is being closed for approximately two years and the Secretary has been notified that all accommodation bookings and the Show dinner booking has been cancelled.
Individual members need to contact the hotel personally to discuss their  bookings and refunds.
Alternative accommodation and a venue for the show dinner is now being sought and details will be posted here when arrangements have been confirmed.
