We are hoping for a very good turn out at The Daffodil Society show on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 April 2023. It has been a good year for daffodils and although warm weather in the South West and South East has seen some early flowering there are still plenty of flowers expected from the Midland and the North. It is always an opportunity to see something new, find some help and advice and enjoy a chat with everyone about all things daffodil.
Please don’t forget your Members Admission tickets (included with your copy of The Journal) and ensure you pay the daily £3.00 charge for parking. Cars must be parked in the carpark but a brief stop to offload flowers etc is permitted.
If you haven’t been before please make yourself known to the Show secretary or any member of the committee and we will make you most welcome.
Exhibit staging 12-9pm Friday and 8- 10.15 am Saturday 15 April.
Remember we have added five supplementary classes to those in the Main show. These are intended to give exhibitor somewhere to stage any surplus blooms and give show visitors even more flowers to admire. There will be a prize for each class winner.
