As snow falls in the South East and the promise of more to come here is a photo of an unseasonal flurry in Cornwall at the end of last November alongside a very early daffodil. Shirley Cardus had planted 8 W-W Nir for the early shows of March. Despite the snow Nir clearly had other ideas.

Whilst in Cornwall over Christmas I could see a field of daffodils in flower as well as some all yellow daffodils out in gardens. Unfortunately I couldn’t get close enough to photograph them. Does anyone else have photos of early flowering daffodil blooms that they could email to me fo the website?
